Together with the IT Product Owner managing a standard software product (COTS) and customize it for Bosch needs together with process and IT experts;
Taking care of regular master data updates and version changes together with regional and local experts;
Evaluating and testing new features, and aligning requirements with process experts and the external software provider;
Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, performing tests and the release of developments;
Supporting handover to users, rollout and operational use;
Being a member of the international Cost and Eco Engineering Team;
Striving for continuous improvement and creating solutions based on product related cost management, value design and sustainability optimization;
Your work will base on stakeholder requirements, user feedback and strategic decisions.
requirements-expected :
You are a digital native, feeling home in IT applications, and the underlying processes;
Basic knowledge in database structure and conceptual data modelling;
You are familiar with agile framework methods and tools, and you are preferably certified Product Owner (knowledge of SAFe will be beneficial);
You have profound knowledge in engineering and ideally in sustainability;
Interest to learn about Cost and Eco Engineering (analysis of products and solutions regarding their cost and environmental impact), and support others;
You are a self organized team player with ability of analytical and out of the box thinking;
You are customer oriented, fast in catching knowledge of others, and not afraid of asking;
Good communication and presentation skills;
You speak English and German (C1)
Willingness to travel (once per quarter)
