  • Developing the annual Brand Management strategies for CEE & Balkan markets and set up of detailed Brand marketing plan, upon previous alignment with Marketing Manager
  • Executing brand activities (for dedicated product/brand) upon previous alignment with Marketing Manager
  • Adapting product names & descriptions into local languages
  • Adapting TV commercials on a brand level and giving feedback with regard to international projects
  • Internal communication on a daily basis with the international Marketing teams, Sales team as well as with external business partners (trade & advertising agencies), media house
  • Product presentation in line with yearly customer and distributor previews
  • Ongoing market observation: analyse sales data - recommending and carrying out of appropriate corrective measures
  • Trade marketing projects supporting CEE region supporting brands presence at retail: POSM, FSDU projects coordination, implementation, execution, efficiency analysis
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Business studies with focus on Marketing or adequate professional experience
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
  • Leading/ participating in project with Students Organizations
  • Interest in digital marketing/ consumer trends
  • Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, open, strong presentations skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
  • Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience is advantage

  • Contract for a period of 1 year (3-month trial period) with the possibility of extension
