About the role:

We are actively seeking skilled candidates to fill the role of Project Manager within our Finance Operations department. This pivotal position will spearhead enterprise-level projects focusing on financial tools and on the implementation of a new ERP systems and other finance related tools, crucial for our organizations digital transformation.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

- Lead projects driving digital transformation in finance, specifically focusing on ERP system implementation and improvement

- Manage IT projects and assets in financeconnected with ERP implementation to ensure seamless integration and top performance

- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to align projects them with organizational goals

- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and address potential project hurdles

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, including third-party engagements

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and end-users, to understand project requirements and ensure success

- Train end-users on new functionalities, processes, and systems for smooth adoption and maximum utilization

- Foster cross-departmental collaboration for integrating systems across the organization

What you’ll need to succeed:

Required:

- Min. 5 years of experience in managing IT projects in international environment

- Knowledge of Maconomy

- Expertise in ERP implementation and system replacement is essential, ensuring successful completion

- Familiarity with ERP systems

- Strong grasp of financial processes and accounting

- Excellent communication bridging technical and business teams

- Proficiency in English and Polish for internal communications and documentation

- Self-motivation and adaptability to new challenges

- Knowledge of project management tools like SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
