Advice on the IT Project management side in the “Poland to CDH” epic in the EASE/MDM project (part of HR Q program). The project is moving the Polish HR masterdata into the central HR Data Hub (CDH) and implementing a one-way integration between CDH and HRM system used in Poland for daily operations (TETA).
Advice in design, execution and follow up on the IT deliverables in the “PL into CDH” project epic.
Advice in the coordination of the VF and TETA collaboration within the project.
Participate in the creation of IT documentation of the new interface.
requirements-expected :
Min. 4 years of experience in IT project management.
HR data modelling and interface design and build.
Experience from TETA and SAP HR.
Experience from managing relations with outsourced business operations.
Proficiency in English required (speaking, writing).
Experience from stakeholder management at multiple organization levels is a plus.
