responsibilities :
Troubleshooting Windows 10
Troubleshooting mobile phones in Intune
End-user training and information
End-User support:
Simple daily hardware and software support
Coordinating support with IT Helpdesk in Sweden
Purchasing and installing equipment
Adding and changing trustees and rights
Changing passwords
Upgrading hardware and software
Redirecting data and mail from users leaving the company
Removing users when the user leaves the company
Keeping records of IT equipment and phones
Ordering IT equipment and telephones
Supervision of the camera system
Maintaining the proper operation of IT infrastructure (wired and wireless networks, conference devices, meeting sound systems, TVs)
Support for the production department in configuring machines using network connections
requirements-expected :
Knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting
Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting
IT know-how
Ability to provide support, manage and solve computer errors
Understanding of Microsoft Windows, all Office applications, and general software knowledge
Experience in working in the ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow)
