IT Analyst Miejsce pracy: Gdynia Technologies we use Expected Jira Confluence About the project Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office) The project focuses on transforming an existing change management process by tailoring it to the needs and capabilities of different teams, domains, and projects. It introduces customized approaches, such as local CABs, delegated decision-making, and decentralized risk acceptance. The IT Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner, facilitating stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into user stories. The role also includes maintaining project and operational documentation in Confluence as part of a centralized IT/ITIL process library.
