ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Business Solutions Manager , you will join IT & Data CEN and manage the team that supports Infrastructure & Technology projects in business departments in DANONE throughout the whole CEN region (Poland, Central & Easter Europe, Nordics & Baltics).

As a Senior Business Solutions Manager  you will be responsible for:

• Managing geographically dispersed team of Product Owners
• Driving the development and implementation of innovative business strategies to maximize the performance and adoption of our infrastructure and technology products
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management
• Developing and executing strategic business plans for our infrastructure and technology product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape - translate insights into actionable product strategies
• Driving product lifecycle management, including new product development, feature enhancements and product retirement
• Ensuring the global infrastructure and technology projects are rolled out locally according to the needs of the markets
• Cooperating with global and local stakeholders to provide best-suited devices, tools and modern office experience to the end users
• Managing and monitoring OPEX & CAPEX budget

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in that role we believe you need to have:

• Knowledge of infrastructure and technology products, including hardware, software, networking or cloud-based solutions
• Team management skills with focus on people development
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
• Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and IT infrastructure management
• Proved experience with managing stakeholders, playing roles as advisor or challenger if needed
• Masters degree in computer science, information technology, Engineering or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) as a must
