responsibilities :

Planning and execution of daily administrative tasks including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, provisioning of recommended solutions, proactive error prevention, installing upgrades
Ensuring stability and optimal performance on all systems including incident handling
Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities
Deployments of new versions of software
Coordination and control of external support/service providers
Creation and maintenance of documentation
Manage relationships with business and IT local and central team

requirements-expected :

Bachelors degree in faculty of Informatics, Electronics and Telecommunications or similar with minimum 1 year of work experience in organization using high-availability systems, if other degree at least 3 years of relevant work experience required
Client oriented with administrative technical skills in Windows, Linux Servers environment and Win11 desktop operating systems
Hands-on understanding of complete technology user’s needs (hardware, software, IP telephony, office automation, monitoring software, etc.)
Strong knowledge in the following areas: CISCO, CheckPoint, HPE (switches, routers, firewalls - LAN/WAN/WLAN) (CCNA certificate would be an advantage)
Good level of English (speaking and writing)
Good level of Polish (speaking and writing)
Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and problem resolution skills
High energy with positive and flexible nature.
