responsibilities :

• Planning and execution of daily network administrative tasks including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, provisioning of recommended solutions, proactive error prevention, installing upgrades
• Corporate firewall cluster management
• Ensuring stability and optimal performance on all IT systems including incident handling
• Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities
• Deployment of new versions of software
• Coordination and control of external support/service providers
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Manage relationships with business and IT local and central team

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field, with at least 1 year of work experience in organization using high-availability systems. If other degree at least 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Strong knowledge in the following areas: CISCO, CheckPoint, HPE (switches, routers, firewalls - LAN/WAN/WLAN, CCNA certificate is an advantage
• Client oriented with administrative skills in Windows, Linux Servers environment and Win11 desktop operating systems
• Hands-on understanding of complete technology user’s needs (hardware, software, IP telephony, office automation, monitoring software, etc.)
• DataWarehouse management, SQL skills and knowledge of Microsoft software environments would be an asset
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and problem resolution skills
• High energy with positive and flexible nature
