We are seeking a highly skilled iScala Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in refining business requirements and participating in the analysis, design, build, deployment, and support of solutions within our global sales ERP system. This system spans 42 sales companies and supports over 600 end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the business and the iScala Agile team (comprising 8 members) to develop new features and provide third line support.
• Support the Application Management team with their 2nd line support activities.
• Deliver enhancements and larger projects for the sales ERP system.
• Engage in both new development and regular maintenance activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: A seasoned specialist with extensive experience in iScala ERP, particularly within the Sales Order and Service Module. Knowledge of the iScala Finance module is required, while familiarity with the Manufacture and Project module is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Crystal Reports and Transnational SQL.
• Knowledge of Epicor Services Connect is advantageous.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination.
• Agile Development: Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferable.
• Soft Skills:
• Fluency in English with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to network across business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment.
• Driven by the principles of Action, Interaction, and Satisfaction.
• Prepared to take ownership and responsibility for developments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Sweden as required.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with iScala ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, finance, and service modules.
• Proven track record in project management and Agile development environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
