The Delivery Lead role is responsible for a range of services and deliverables to include oversight of Workforce Recruitment, OD Optimization support, Board and Committee Reporting, Regulator Engagement, Vendor Management, Business Continuity as well as delivery of internal employee engagement c
responsibilities :
Working with the Head of Governance Support across the IAM function to plan deliverables and ensure that continuous planning is undertaken therefore avoiding any gaps that may impact delivery of IAM strategic objectives
Ensure timely visibility of all deliverables that require input form the IAM Leadership Team aiming to avoid any late requests or poor quality submissions due to lack of planning and communication
Manage the IAM workforce resource plan and support with hiring and on/off boarding to ensure resources are hired in accordance with plan and minimize the risks of delays, disruption, or policy breaches
Maintain the IAM OD ensuring currency aligned with joiners, movers, leavers aiming for best optimization of resources across the team
Support a customer- focused and collaborative culture by championing customer and stakeholder engagement throughout the team
Demonstrate an understanding of customer and stakeholder requirements and short and long term shifts in business / function
requirements-expected :
Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Proven track record of working collaboratively with IAM leadership and across teams to plan and execute deliverables effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure timely visibility of all deliverables and facilitate smooth communication between teams.
Experience in workforce resource planning, including hiring and onboarding, to ensure resources are aligned with the plan and minimize risks of delays or disruptions.
Proficiency in maintaining organizational development (OD), ensuring resources are optimized and aligned with organizational changes.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to championing customer and stakeholder engagement throughout the team.
Ability to understand and anticipate customer and stakeholder requirements, as well as short and long-term shifts in business or function, and adapt plans accordingly
