What we expect

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in the power electronics design;
• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position;
• Experience in Power Supply, Motor Control, EMC, CE Certification, and Functional Safety.
• Well-developed management, leadership, team working and interpersonal skills;
• Academic background with a preferred degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field;
• Oriented on customer needs and driven by finding effective solutions;
• Openness to domestic and international travel.
• Excellent communication, very good written and spoken English;
• Skilled in coordinating multiple tasks and establishing team priorities.
• Strong understanding of product development processes including stage gate and agile methodologies, as well as the process of introducing products to mass production;

Your tasks

• Organizing and leading team meetings focused on hardware-related organizational matters, sharing knowledge, and brainstorming improvement ideas
• Performing as a member of the Global Drives Community (defining trends, developing roadmaps and introducing tools/processes/etc.);
• Acting as the teams representative in interactions with other company departments;
• Developing and coordinating an international application team (<10x HW Eng., inverters up to 11kW power, Home Appliance, HVAC/R industries);
• Building strong working relationships with staff to ensure the team is motivated, developed, and well-supported;
• Utilizing your technological expertise to assist the Sales department with project and product quotations;
• Making decisions on technical challenges in both customer and internal projects;
