We’re looking for an HR Team Leader with French and English for our client – a well-known brand with an office located in Poznań.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and qualitative personal administration/payroll service delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements.
- Supervise monthly and year-end payroll activities.
- Support the team, acting as first point of contact and resolving escalations.
- Participating in recruitment of new team members.
- Taking an active role in coaching and developing team knowledge; coordinating trainings.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment (with min. 3 years of experience).
- Fluency in English and French.
- Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors.
- Experience in people management – nice to have.
- Experience in transition of processes, migrations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package – especially Excel.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused background.
