What we expect

  • experience in people management (min. a year)
  • professional experience HR administration (employee life cycle) min. 2-3 years
  • experience in preparing process instructions
  • ability to delegate tasks and develop employees
  • knowledge ofTurkish at B2/C1 level and Polish and English at B2/C1 level (must)
  • knowledge of systems: ServiceNow, Workday will be an asset

Your tasks

  • manage, coach and support a HR Operations team
  • coach team members to deliver service in line with our ‘Commitments’ and support them with complex inquiries.
  • provide team members regular feedback, identifying and promoting best practices.
  • support the development, upskilling, and ongoing career progression of the team.
  • coordinate development plans of team members, by utilising internal and external learning and development trainings and programs
  • support the team as needed in operational tasks: administration of HR processes and procedures (Employee Life Cycle)
  • daily work in ServiceNow and Workday systems
  • close collaboration with different teams (Payroll, Technology team, HR Business Partners, Projects, Rewards teams and global HR teams)
