What we expect
- experience in people management (min. a year)
- professional experience HR administration (employee life cycle) min. 2-3 years
- experience in preparing process instructions
- ability to delegate tasks and develop employees
- knowledge ofTurkish at B2/C1 level and Polish and English at B2/C1 level (must)
- knowledge of systems: ServiceNow, Workday will be an asset

Your tasks
- manage, coach and support a HR Operations team
- coach team members to deliver service in line with our ‘Commitments’ and support them with complex inquiries.
- provide team members regular feedback, identifying and promoting best practices.
- support the development, upskilling, and ongoing career progression of the team.
- coordinate development plans of team members, by utilising internal and external learning and development trainings and programs
- support the team as needed in operational tasks: administration of HR processes and procedures (Employee Life Cycle)
- daily work in ServiceNow and Workday systems
- close collaboration with different teams (Payroll, Technology team, HR Business Partners, Projects, Rewards teams and global HR teams)
