We are seeking a dynamic Operations and Client Engagement Manager to join our team. If you excel in managing tasks, leading teams, and engaging with clients, this role is for you!
Skills Requirements:
1. Fluent in spoken English (You will have to speak with clients in English confidently and professionally)
2. Managerial experience (precise task planning, directing others, being responsible for prompt completion of other people’s and team tasks)
3. Proficiency in technology tools such as Excel, spreadsheets, Salesforce, and AI/chatGPT platforms.
Attitude Requirements:
1. Willingness to work on a mix of tasks related to marketing, administrative and managerial; and strong ability to learn new tasks and technologies
2. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members with tech tools
3. Willingness to work somewhat flexible hours because given the international nature of team, work may sometimes start a couple of hours sooner or later (but generally starts 11am)
4. Familiarity with the investment management industry is highly desirable but not required.
Sample Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage and track various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Conducting online research to identify potential clients and their contact information using various platforms, including websites, social media, directories, etc.
• Using emails, phone calls, and other communication channels to effectively reach out to potential clients.
• Documenting all communications and relevant details in the contact management system.
• Facilitating internal and external communication regarding potential clients, projects, and related matters.
• Assisting in managing internal projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources as needed.
• Ensuring smooth collaboration and information flow within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Handle accounting duties including bill payments, invoicing, and financial record-keeping, researching online/on LinkedIn.
Proficiently use technology tools such as Excel and spreadsheets to analyze data and generate reports.
• Receive and manage international mail and bills, complete compliance paperwork
Working hours are typically from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
