Your new role
Manage the HR function as part of an HR partnership.
Resolve complex legislative and employee relations issues.
Attend management meetings.
Communicate effectively with all departments of the company.
Provide guidance to department leaders to improve working relationships and increase productivity and retention.
Coordinate recruitment campaigns.
Work closely with the Health and Safety team.
Promote a culture of continuous professional development.
Identify training needs and support in organizing training sessions.
Drive continuous operational improvements.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to people management.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
Knowledge of Polish labor law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business.
