What we expect

• Proven experience in HR in the same/similar role (around 2-4 years)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (B2/C1 level onwards)
• Knowledge of the labor code
• Understanding the whole life cycle of employees (recruitment, onboarding, development, exit interviews, etc.)
• Willingness to travel between the Wrocław office and manufacturing site close to Bydgoszcz
• MS Office environment familiarity

Your tasks

• Managing various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related documentation
• Aid in the coordination and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement activities, graduate programs, and training sessions
• Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
• Recruiting for all positions, pre-onboarding, and onboarding activities
