Role Summary
The HR Business Partner Lead role is a critical position within the organisation. You would
be responsible for all aspects of HR from ‘’onboarding’’ through ‘’exit’’. The full employee
lifecycle. You will help manage the welfare of our teams to ensure an exemplary employee
experience.
You will work with the Head of People Operations to define and implement policies and
procedures while ensuring strong governance and required cadence is in place to comply
with any provincial/country laws across Europe/EU.


Key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
● Thought Leadership
● Be the SME for all HR activities across the region
● Bring HR best practice to the group
● Lead / Support Global and Local HR improvement initiatives
● LDC – Work closely with the Head of Learning, Development and Community to
ensure the strategy is aligned to the goals set
● Provide a balance of thought leadership and operational delivery excellence in
the role


  • Experience of leading and managing diverse HR teams
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing through relationships, knowledge and data
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience – in HR roles – in an IT Services or Professional
  • Services industry Including at least 5 years in a team lead position
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex set of stakeholders, operate within guidelines and question status quo
  • Ability to analyze data, understand internal/external trends and develop recommendations for action
  • Maturity and ability to resolve conflict.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Experience with labor relations
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and be fluent in other European languages would be preferred
  • Relevant HR qualifications.

,[Manage, and keep updated, all HR policies and procedures, Drive the effective onboarding experience – working closely with the recruitment team, Manage the European Employee Induction Program, Ensure the relevant systems are updated and maintained appropriately, Manage the European HRBP team to ensure HR ways of working are deployed consistently, Work closely with the HRBP team in NAM and LATAM – to ensure global consistency., Single point of contact, for Europe, for all internal/external audits, Single point of contact for Finance/Payroll, for Europe, day to day queries, Ensure the effective deployment of the performance management process - working closely with the business to drive to the agreed timelines – and to support the business with any outputs – such as tie to LDC and create / support PIP implementation and management, Manage the employee exit process, Work with the Global Head to ensure reporting and review of HR performance is governed appropriately, Look at ways to improve the operations of the HR team, Manage a cost-conscious team – be part of the budget setting process and be accountable for achievement.
