This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Workday professional to make a significant impact within a growing company and contribute to the successful operation of Workday.
In your role you will be in charge of ongoing maintenance, further configuration, and optimization of our functional Workday set-up, in collaboration with our functional experts (also acting as functional HCM analysts) and our Workday System Technical analyst as well as our Change Analyst. In this position you will report to our Lead Internal HR Governance, Strategy & Program Management (also acting as Workday System Owner).

The Berner Group is currently group-wide (21 countries) implementing Workday HCM. Current modules in scope are HCM Core with Basic Compensation, Talent, Recruiting and Absence- with a long-term plan to cover all HR modules.
