We are looking for a specialist to support the handover and ongoing maintenance of physical and electronic security systems across JD Sports stores and facilities. This role also includes helpdesk support and remote troubleshooting of alarm, CCTV, and EAS systems.
responsibilities :
Operating the technical helpdesk for security systems across JD Sports Fashion plc Group
Monitoring and handling email and phone enquiries efficiently and in line with established KPIs
Coordinating contractors’ work in accordance with agreed SLAs and providing after-hours support on a rota basis
Remote configuration and support of alarm, CCTV, and EAS systems
Verifying proper functioning of equipment during service and handovers
Keeping technical support inventory records up to date
Using RT Ticket System and other relevant tools to manage support tasks and ensure they are completed on time
Monitoring expenses and assisting with purchase order creation and invoice processing for suppliers
Collaborating with project and installation teams to resolve post-installation issues
Ensuring full confidentiality of company-related information and secure handling of documentation

Experience in operating a technical support helpdesk (preferably in the security field)
Attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, and punctuality
Self-discipline and adherence to procedures
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
