Group Product Manager, Content Automation

As the team is continuously growing and expanding, we are seeking a product leader to take the lead in this critical area for Box. As Group Product Manager, Relay, you are a player-coach - you’ll manage the Relay product team and linked sub-products, and be responsible for functional delivery. You’ll lead your team to define product strategy and roadmap, manage product requirements, and ensure successful product releases to the market. In this role, your work will impact millions of users, who use Relay to get their work done on a daily basis.

WHO YOU ARE 

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ideally 2+ years managing SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful products.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers.
  • Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements.
  • Effective communication with all types of audiences.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Workflow / BPM / business automation products is a plus
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

WHO YOU ARE 

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ideally 2+ years managing SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful products.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers.
  • Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements.
