Your role

Your role will include gathering and prioritizing requirements from both business and authorities, leading the implementation of global technical requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality changes to global processes in a GxP-environment.

Your qualifications

You will be collaborating closely with stakeholders across the value chain. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders will be key in driving alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of changes. Additionally, your substantial understanding of IT and data exchange, along with your ability to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions, will be essential for driving continuous improvement and innovation.

We are looking for you who processes:

1. Solid expertise of SAP systems and their impact on production and warehouse operations.
2. Advanced understanding of IT system hierarchy, data exchange, and validation/documentation approach.
3. Good knowhow in serialization requirements for different markets and production and warehouse processes, including GDP requirements.
4. Business insights into supply chain complexities, end-to-end dependencies, and regulatory frameworks.

You will drive global continuous improvement initiatives, propose and prioritize changes, and play an integral role in shaping the future of serialization and production processes. Your ability to lead and train colleagues will further contribute to your growth and impact.
