As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you will play a key role in delivering high quality financial insights that support strategic decision making. You will be responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting activities, performance analysis and driving continuous improvements in reporting, automation and business intelligence solutions. Working closely with the FP&A community you will help streamline processes and develop impactful Power BI reporting across the organization.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Manage end to end monthly reporting and forecasting cycles including P&L Cash Flow and Capex
- Prepare monthly performance reviews with clear management commentary and variance analysis
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis scenario modelling and decision support
- Drive reporting automation using BI and AI based solutions
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to standardize processes share best practices and improve efficiency
- Design develop and enhance finance related BI reports and Power BI dashboards
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
WYMAGANIA:
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong Power BI development and report design skills
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into dashboards KPIs and insights
- Strong financial acumen and ability to present results to senior stakeholders
- xcellent communication stakeholder management and change management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross functionally
