You will be responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting activities, performance analysis and driving continuous improvements in reporting, automation and business intelligence solutions. Working closely with the FP&A community you will help streamline processes and develop impactful Power BI reporting across the organization.



Responsibilities

• Manage end to end monthly reporting and forecasting cycles including P&L Cash Flow and Capex
• Prepare monthly performance reviews with clear management commentary and variance analysis
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis scenario modelling and decision support
• Drive reporting automation using BI and AI based solutions
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to standardize processes share best practices and improve efficiency
• Design develop and enhance finance related BI reports and Power BI dashboards
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams

Profile

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong Power BI development and report design skills
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into dashboards KPIs and insights
• Strong financial acumen and ability to present results to senior stakeholders
• xcellent communication stakeholder management and change management skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross functionally
