Dla jednego z naszych klientów z branży OZE, prowadzę obecnie rekrutację na stanowisko 

• Monthly, quarterly, annual cash-flow projections and modelling-ntercompany and bank debt, related reporting, including loan amortization
• Capitalization of expenses into PPE, review of PPE depreciation rates, indicators of Impairment
• Cash management, order to pay, purchase to pay, bank reconciliation to payment orders and cash receipts
• Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations of the companies (with shareholders, banks, accounting standards, tax laws)
• Communication with comex members, asset manager & other business units
• Annual financial close for group and statutory purposes
• Communication with auditors, banks and investors
• Reporting for group, statutory and ad hoc various stakeholders needs
• Maintains: insurance documentation and related deferred expense tables; regulatory licenses and permissions logs; company key documentation, agreements, invoices, minutes of meetings and decisions of boards of directors
  
  Performs annual review of property, plant and equipment, receivables, payables and cash
• Being in charge of the follow up of the invoices and commitments approval process for all the local companies (purchase to Pay, Order to cash processes in the dedicated ERP)
• Manage treasurery on a day to day basis and prepare forecast
• Ensure compliance with internal control rules
• Business trip : Once a year in Paris
