Location: Poznań

The company is currently undergoing intensive changes and needs an expert who will supervise them from the financial side. In this position, you will cooperate with business and other departments, participate in top management meetings, work on process efficiency, establish KPIs, and be responsible for continuous improvement.

In this role, itsimportantthatyou not only manage processes but also engage in operational work. Due to the specificity of the company, we are looking for a person with experience in an international corporation, with a controlling background.

Responsibilities

Controlling and Reporting:

• Coordinatemonthlyclosingoperationsforsalesandmanufacturing;ensureaccuratefinancialreporting
• Manageannualbudgetprocess,forecasts, andanalyzeP&L andbalancesheetvariations
• Conductday-to-daymanagementcontroltasks,financialanalysis, andimplementimprovements

Accounting andAudits:

• Manageteam in Poland, talent development
• Identifyandresolveaccountingissues,optimizeadminprocesses
• Monitortaxand regulatoryreporting,liaisewithtaxconsultant
• Supportinternalandexternalaudits,maintainrelations withAuditors

Processesand Systems:

• Ensurecompliancewithinternalproceduresandregulations
• Participateinfinance-relatedprojects,proposeautomationimprovements
• Definestrategiesforfinancialgoals, monitor performanceindicators
• ManageITprocessesandserveasproxyholder

Other:

• Providefinancialsupportfor investmentprojects
• Monitorsalesandsupportfunctionperformance
• ManageinventoryhealthofPoznanoperations

Reguirements

• Master o ra business school degree in Finance (Economics, Business Engineering or Finance Management)
• Successful experience in a similar position, in an international industrial company, of at least 3 to 5 years is required
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as proving to be skilled with all modern IT - tools
• Solidtechnicalskills both in accounting (Local and USGAAP), management control ERP, and office solutions
• English –advanced level
• Communication, leadership and team-building skills
• Able to work cross-functionally and hands-on when required
• Traveling abroad should not be a problem for you – est. 10%
