Are you young, energetic, and hungry for international success For our Partner – Swiss medical appliances manufacturer – we are looking for a "Rising Star" in export sales to help us dominate the African and Middle Eastern markets. We don’t just need a specialist; we need an ambitious partner who wants to grow alongside a progressive Swiss company. This is not just a sales job; it’s a mission to build a distribution empire for high-quality medical solutions from scratch. If you have 3+ years of experience in the region and a "hunter" mindset, we want you on board.

Your responsibilities:
  • Product Mastery: Become an expert in our medical portfolio and compliance within 30 days.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential distributors in 3-4 key markets through intensive research.
  • Global Sales: Support the closing of new contracts and manage relationships with existing marketing and sales teams.
  • Field Work: Travel frequently (2-3 times a month) to countries like Nigeria, Kenya, and the Arabic region to build trust and close deals.

 

We require:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of international sales experience, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or cosmetology sector.
  • Mindset: A strong drive to learn new tools and a proactive "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Readiness: Full flexibility regarding extensive travel across Africa and the Middle East.
  • Drive: An energetic, progressive approach to business.
  • Open to Travel: A readiness for high-frequency travel (including necessary vaccinations).
  • Language: fluent communication in English is a must.

Recruitment Stages:

  1. Application: Submit your CV via the H4H application form or directly to biuro@h4h.com.pl.
  2. Initial Screening: Participate in a discovery call with an H4H Consultant to finalize your profile details.
  3. Management Interview: Join a video call with our Partner’s VP of Sales & Marketing to evaluate your core competencies.
  4. Strategic Assignment: Develop a comprehensive market development strategy for a designated region and present it to the Board.
  5. Final Executive Interview: A 60-minute online session with Board members and the VP of Sales & Marketing.
  6. Negotiation & Offer: Review the proposed terms of cooperation and enter final negotiations.
  7. Welcome Onboard!
