In this role, you will support selected countries without a dedicated sustainability position, acting as a subject-matter expert in ESG. You will advise local management on strategy deployment, target setting, and the establishment of effective governance, monitoring, and reporting processes.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Support local management in setting sustainability priorities and KPIs aligned with Group strategy
- Deploy and monitor local sustainability governance and ESG initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact for the Arval Corporate Sustainability Office, including ESG reporting
- Coordinate corporate sustainability initiatives, policies, and certifications (e.g. ISO 14001, EcoVadis)
- Monitor ESG performance, risks, and compliance with BNP Paribas Group and Arval standards
- Promote sustainability culture, employee training, and cross-functional collaboration
WYMAGANIA:
- Master’s degree in ESG, Sustainability, Environmental Protection, Economics, or a related field
- Min. 3 years of experience in ESG/CSR or a similar role
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Practical experience in sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi)
- Fluency in English and experience in an international environment
