Electronic Technician

Currently, we are looking for an Electronic Technician to support the Manufacturing Engineering Team by serving as a technical resource for the production department, ensuring proper functionality of electronic components and equipment through both reactive and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include inspecting and approving First Article Parts, conducting root cause analysis for RMAs, performing scheduled maintenance, and assisting the Test Engineering team in the development, upkeep, and repair of test fixtures.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues in digital and analog electronic systems down to the component level:

• Perform complex repairs and rework on surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components.
• Analyze Non-Conformance and RMA reports to detect patterns and propose corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Execute approved modifications through established procedures and workflows.
• Strictly adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
• Construct, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced test fixtures.
• Accurately enter data into computer systems, manage spreadsheets, write emails, and produce clear and detailed technical documentation.
  
  Provide support and assistance in the following areas:
• Guide technicians through processes involving non-conformances, maintenance, RMAs, and repairs.
• Assist production personnel with issues related to products, testing, or machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in prototype assembly and product validation testing.
• Support training initiatives, including new product introductions, wave soldering, lead forming, and pad printing.
  
  Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  
  Requirements
• Technical education or a Bachelor39s degree in electronics or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in installing, testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic or similar electrical systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical control circuits operating at 24 VAC/DC and 120/240 VAC.
• Solid understanding of electronic circuits.
• Familiarity with basic electronic measurement tools such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Exposure to selective soldering and/or wave soldering equipment.
• Ability to take precise mechanical measurements and compare them against technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, at B2 level.
