We are looking for a visionary leader to pioneer our Enterprise Data Intelligence (EDI) initiatives from our Warsaw, Poland office. This role is critical for orchestrating data-driven decision-making processes, overseeing Data Integrations, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence across the entire organization. As an EDI Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our operational strategies by fostering seamless system and data integration, developing analytical dashboards, and ensuring insights reflect broader trends.
The enterprise technology team delivers data insights and technical systems that give our teams leverage to accomplish their goals. We work cross-functionally with Asana’s Analytics, Data Science and business teams to understand their objectives and ensure they have the data and technical support they need to reach our audience.
This role is based in our Poland office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 26,750 PLN - 34,083 PLN (gross monthly). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
