We are looking for a talented Dynamics 365 tester who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 software suite.
responsibilities :
1.Understanding Dynamics 365 Requirements:
Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project scope and business requirements specific to Dynamics 365.
Work closely with software developers and project support teams.
2.Test Planning and Execution for Dynamics 365:
Identify and define test scenarios relevant to Dynamics 365.
Conduct various types of testing specific to Dynamics 365:
Functional Testing: Verify that Dynamics 365 features work as intended.
Usability Testing: Evaluate user-friendliness and navigation within the software.
Integration Testing: Ensure seamless interaction between Dynamics 365 modules.
Regression Testing: Validate that existing functionality remains unaffected after updates.
Write and execute test scripts tailored for Dynamics 365.
Perform manual and automated testing within the Dynamics 365 environment.
3.Bug Reporting and Quality Assurance:
Document and report any defects or issues discovered during testing.
Collaborate with developers to resolve Dynamics 365-related problems.
Provide objective feedback on the quality of Dynamics 365 features.
4.Resource Management and Documentation:
Plan resource allocation for Dynamics 365 testing.
Review and maintain relevant documentation related to Dynamics 365.
5.Communication and Collaboration:
Interact with clients to understand their specific Dynamics 365 requirements.
Present findings and test results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Liaise with project teams across different locations and time zones.
