Scope of duties:
•cocreating digital products strategy based on the latest technological trends used in logistics and e-commerce industries;
•market analysis, tracking competitors’ activities and preparing product benchmarks;
•participation in conducting market research, preparing briefs for research agencies;
•analysis of potential target groups, defining product vision and business goal;
•creating ideas for new products and improving existing ones;
•defining values, functionalities and features for new products development - preparing business requirements;
•defining values, functionalities and features for modifying existing products - preparing business requirements;
•management of digital products roadmap and set priorities for implementation;
•management of digital products life cycle;
•cooperation with Finance Department in preparing BC and budget forecast;
•interdepartmental cooperation ( IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support Teams) in the field of:
a. collecting business requirements for product and strategy development Implementation
b. collecting customer feedback after product implementation;
•monitoring of key product KPIs and post implementation review analysis.
