• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer loyalty through effective loyalty programs
• Drive improved customer retention by implementing strategies that reduce churn rates
• Foster increased customer engagement through personalized experiences and memorable interactions

Qualifications:

• A background in Digital and FMCG/Retail, with a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing
• Proven product ownership experience, demonstrating the ability to deliver successful outcomes
• Expertise in B2C communication practices for FMCG/Retail industries
• Proficiency in leveraging analytics and transactional data for digital marketing purposes
• Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Adaptability and innovation, with the ability to navigate new business models and strategies
• Fluency in English, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards achieving business objectives.
