Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or support roles, particularly in Marketing module,
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture and its various components: entities, forms, workflows, plugins, customizations, solutions, and security models.
Thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module,
Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365,
Experience in creating workflows to automate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365,
Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript for customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365,
Knowledge of SQL enabling to perform data queries, create custom reporting, implement integrations and customizations,
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels,
Very good command of written and spoken English.
