As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be the main contact for Supply Planning HUB. In this role you will deliver consistent forecast accuracy and bias targets via maintaining end-to-end forecast. You will ensure the product availability, across customers, categories and regions. Your role involves providing input for Demand Forecasting in the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Export Hub, managing End-to-End Demand Planning and In-Market Supply for the Cluster.
This is a role for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Location: Poland ( Warsaw or Poznań)

Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
Report out of stock situation to the commercial Export Market business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems;
Cultivate strong relationships with Supply Hub and Customer Service to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, facilitating optimized information flow and transparent customer service.
Execute demand and supply planning activities within in-house systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Coordinate product Master Data setup and ensure an efficient material creation process, encompassing in-market data, logistical data, waste database, and PAF.
Take responsibility for managing demand and supply processes in SAP/APO, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
Min 2 years of experience in Demand planning (mandatory experience area) and Supply planning in a corporate environment
Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes
Technical skills (Excel, SAP APO/SNP)
Fluent English
Very good problems solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and problems solving skills with ability to contribute fully to cross functional teams
Ability to make decisions
High level of flexibility and adaptability
