We are looking for a highly skilled Data Software Engineer to take full ownership of the database layer of our product. In this role, you will be the guardian of our datas integrity and performance, focusing on the maintenance, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of our Microsoft SQL Server environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the core business logic residing in the database remains highly performant and reliable, enabling real-time identity security analysis for our global user base.

• SQL Server Expertise: Deep, expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and complex stored procedure development.
• TypeScript Profi ciency: Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript, specifi cally for developing and maintaining data access layers (ORMs/Query Builders).
• Data Performance Optimization: Proven ability to analyze and optimize database performance in high-load, production environments.
• Customer-Facing Troubleshooting: Experience in leading technical deep-dives with customers to diagnose data-related challenges in real-time.
• Database Architecture: Understanding of database schema design, migration strategies, and data integrity principles.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Database Developer, or Backend Engineer with a strong focus on SQL.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a "data-first" approach to problem-solving.
• Full English Proficiency: Essential for leading live technical sessions with international enterprise clients and internal teams.
• Experience with large-scale identity data (Active Directory/Entra ID) – A major advantage.
• Work from the client’s office 2–3 days per week in Warsaw or Kraków.
