Responsibilities:

• Daily contact with the customer and distributors by telephone and e-mail
• Sales orders management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Responding to customers questions and issues
• Data administration and work with SAP
• Creating reports in MS Excel
• Introducing process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in order management or customer service area;
• Fluent knowledge of Italian (min. B2/C1) and French or Spanish or Portuguese;
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• University degree (bachelor/master);
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Knowledge of the SAP system will be an asset
