As Continuous Improvement Manager you will play a crucial role in driving organizational excellence by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within a production organization.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead CI projects to drive improvements in critical performance measures.
- Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs to enhance compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor teams in Lean principles and integrate standard work into daily routines.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to integrate and deploy new business initiatives successfully.
- Conduct benchmarking activities and define improvement roadmaps.
- Enhance the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and training programs.
Who we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in continuous improvement
- Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean methodologies..
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Proficiency in English communication.
