About us:


E100 is an international fuel card and transportation services company.


The E100 fuel card is our main product, and to it, we offer a range of additional services for transportation. We have been successfully operating in the market for more than 20 years. The card opens access to fuel stations in 14 countries, and we have plans for even more!


We have 12 offices in 7 countries and in the Polish market we are already forming a team of more than 400 employees

Responsibility:​


  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures for the holding company to ensure financial stability.
  • Conduct assessments and analysis of financial risks.
  • Monitor and analyze financial indicators, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for cost reduction and revenue increase.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
  • Organize the work of the finance department, taking into consideration short-term and long-term forecasts of the financial situation in the market.
  • Evaluate currency risks and apply hedging techniques.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Organize work in the analysis of legislation and current regulatory acts in the field of economics, international forms, and rules.
  • Preparation of management documentation.


Candidates expected qualifications:​


  • Proficiency in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and taxation.
  • Prior experience as a CFO or in a similar role within a holding company or large international organization.
  • Track record of successfully managing Financial Departments or Departments across various regions in Central Europe and the Baltic countries.


Experience in developing financial strategies and policies:


  • Proficient in transfer pricing.
  • Skilled in tax planning, which includes identifying tax risks, proposing tax savings, and ensuring compliance with tax budgets.
  • Experience in leading a company through an IPO, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures, preparing financial documentation, working with investment banks, and achieving successful stock market placement, would be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with international accounting systems and experience in establishing an accounting system from scratch.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities and strategic vision.
  • Results-oriented in rapidly changing market conditions.
  • Experience representing the companys interests to partners, clients, tax authorities, auditors, investors, and other organizations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in publicly listed companies or companies with equity investors is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
