Support strategic projects in the area of change management
Identify and assess the impact of change on the organization and stakeholders
Develop and implement change management strategies
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders
Drive engagement and communication around change initiatives
Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable steps
Wymagania
At least 3-4 years of experience as a Change Manager (mid/senior level)
Strong command of English (B2/C1)
Polish language required
Hands-on experience with change management methodologies and tools
Ability to work effectively in an international environment
Strong communication and analytical skills
