Flyps is a high-tech software house that has been on the market for 7 years, specializing in projects requiring specialist knowledge: R&D, AI, computer vision, and high scalability.

As a software house, we build, among others software for self-propelled robots, biotechnology companies, IoT or data-driven companies. We created the first cashless and maintenance-free stores in Poland, our team was a pioneer in the field of building automation.

We build our internal products (e.g. our social live selling platform) and we serve foreign and Polish clients - including American companies from Fortune 500 and unicorns.

Scope of tasks

• Identification and analysis of customer business needs and translating them into key operational tasks
• Conducting market research
• Planning and coordination of IT projects
• Team management in the role of Product Owner
• Co-creation of product development strategies for external clients
• Analysis of competition from a business perspective
• Ongoing collaboration with the team to coordinate product deployments based on developed business requirements
• Reporting to the Management Board

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT project management and development
• Experience in reporting progress in projects
• Ability to analyze client requirements from both technical and business perspectives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems and conflicts
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions
• Fluent English language proficiency at level B2/C1 or higher
• Open-mindedness, willingness to acquire knowledge and initiative
• Desirable experience as a founder in the IT industry
• Also preferred is knowledge of legal regulatory documentation, and experience in presenting work progress in video format
