responsibilities :


  • Collection, structuring and quality assurance of new IT demands in terms of a comprehensive IT portfolio
  • Create and maintain complete overview of available IT products, running IT projects and new IT demands
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of various approval committees with business and IT decision makers
  • Coordination and consolidation of the IT product and project portfolio across all IT areas
  • Optimization of the IT portfolio in coordination with IT strategy management, IT architecture management, IT security management, IT demand management and IT financial management
  • Creation of joint roadmaps between business and IT areas as well as the overarching IT roadmap
  • Structuring and coordination of the IT product and service catalogue

requirements-expected :


  • Successfully completed university degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 5 years of versatile working experience in business relationship management plus consulting for IT strategy, IT project and portfolio management and IT financial management
  • Strong strategic and planning thinking in complex contexts
  • Experience in global organizations (matrix) and stakeholder management
  • Experience in agile environments
  • Project and portfolio management
  • Roadmap and strategy development
  • IT financial management
  • Experience with portfolio management software e.g., Planview is an advantage
  • Agile methods, e.g. SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN
  • Fluent business English, German would be an advantage
  • Strong conflict resolution and assertiveness
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
