responsibilities :
Approaching our stakeholders proactively, eliciting new requirements and continuously reviewing them to get them clarified and fully understood
Carrying out a transparent process for requirements management and supporting each part of the development process by securing requirements traceability through end-to-end development
Facilitating the understanding and impact of requirements, functional, as well as non-functional, from business to technology and vice versa
Act as Pega analysis SME, providing guidance and support
requirements-expected :
Have great analytical skills, IT and business understanding
Can work both independently and as a part of a team environment
Are proactive, detail-oriented and quality-driven
Have very good communication skills and a professional level of English
Minimum 2 years experience in the role of Pega certified Business Architect is a must
Have solid hands-on Pega analysis experience, preferably within the Financial sector
Stay on top of the latest Pega features and standards
Good understanding of Pega technology aspects and software development process
Have great analytical and requirements specification skills (functional and non-functional)
Are self-driven, team player, with very good communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders
Are familiar with Agile ways of working and methods, as well as proficient in using Jira and Confluence
Have a passion for analysis and the courage to experiment and find better solutions
Ability to communicate well in English (both written and spoken)
Knowledge or prior experience working in banking, especially with corporate customers will be an advantage
