ServiceNow ITSM Architect

Operating system

• Model, develop and document robust solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) component utilizing ServiceNow platform
• Ability to develop data modeling and design
• Translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations
• Develop detailed technical design, including outlining the architecture, workflows, and configurations of ServiceNow solutions in area of ITSM
• Overlook full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases and peer review code changes
• Define and detail overall platform architecture of ServiceNow and on-prem systems with architects from other areas within organization
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams, abide by industry best practices and ensures technical governance and policies are being adhered to
• Work collaboratively with Business Process Analysts and development teams across multiple time zones and locations
