The Business Analyst  is part of the Product team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.The Business Analyst  supports the Product Owner in translating product needs and requirements into deliverable units of work — Epics/Features/Stories. You will work with the Product Team and partners to ensure end-product meets business requirements.

 

The Technology Specialist is part of the Global D&T Commerce Technology team  and is responsible for help in designing future state architecture, identifying capability gaps, supporting business cases, recommending improvements into Consent Management Platform (CMP - OneTrust) and Consumer Identity Access Management solution (CIAM).

 

Candidates need to understand the role of Consumer data (1st, 2nd and 3rd party), its lifecycle in the light of current and future Privacy requirements (e.g GDPR, LGPD, etc.) from data collection, authentication, storage until marketing activation, and is able to translate the marketing stakeholders’ needs into relevant solutions, governance, security of consumer data, delivery model in line with the overall D&T and solution roadmap. Understanding of Consent/Privacy plus Identity authentication and authorization concepts is highly desirable.


Your responsibilities would include:

  • ensuring consistency of the overall Consent and CIAM solutions
  • working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating program and platform/application requirements
  • participating in the selection of new technologies, specifically CIAM
  • providing guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process
  • managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
  • identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose how to resolve these
  • maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices
  • keeping up with developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge
  • delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards
  • supporting the Product Owner with facilitating the gathering, definition and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders & translates client’s business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases
  • supporting the Product Owner to breakdown, decomposing and describing business needs into Stories
  • working with PO and Opco on evaluation and optimisation of Data Collection Strategies, supporting the Product Owner to engage stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs.

 

About You:

  • self-organising with other team members. There is no separate management layer, work is planned and executed by the team
  • multidisciplinary – ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team
  • responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
  • dedicated team member that remain assigned to the Product Team over longer periods of time
  • tech-savvy team member who develops products with innovative elements
  • willing to help other team members with removing impediments
  • able to reduce complexity of the work that has to be done.

 

You are a good candidate if:

  • 3-4 years’ experience with rolling out large scale marketing technology SaaS platforms products, especially related to Consent and Privacy tooling like OneTrust
  • understanding of Consumer Identity concepts and data fundamentals in light of marketing technology
  • experience planning and deploying MarTech solutions across multiple markets and brands & in shaping CIAM solution within large, multinational company
  • working and designing experience with any OneTrust module is a plus
  • broad understanding of MarTech, marketing, media, data & analytics
  • legal & Compliance knowledge (e.g. GDPR, data privacy and security)
  • business and technical consultancy with a data-driven mindset responsible for the design of the solution and the continuous development of the roadmap
  • excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
  • strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • experience in solution life cycle development, including Agile (preferable)
  • fluent English (European languages are a plus).
