As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing internal and external requirements, designing solutions and ensuring that solutions meet the highest industry standards and internal roadmap. You will collaborate with airlines, the product owner, the UX team, and developers.
responsibilities :
Gathering requirements from customers with minimal supervision
Taking responsibility of a designated functional area of the product (referred to as a domain)
Preparing RFC documents for assigned domains
Maintaining and updating domain documentation on a regular basis
Providing support by answering questions and clarifying domain-related issues
Creating detailed requirement specifications and feature visions for assigned domains
Writing use cases that define system behavior within the domain
Cooperating with UX designers to create functional documentation
Preparing GUI packs
requirements-expected :
Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in aviation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Solid analytical and research skills
Attention to detail and a methodical approach
Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
Understanding of functional implications related to technical limitations
