ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Job description

This position will report to the Cash Application Manager and will be responsible for the execution of billing processes in the Construction Related Products (CRP) line of business.

• Perform day-to-day activities in the Billing area
• Process and review customer pick tickets into invoices daily
• Process customer credit and debit memos, ensure proper approvals are in place
• Collaborate with branches, CRP Contract Management Team, and Inventory Control to resolve errors
• Prepare and review daily reports for updating invoices
• Communicate with US Billing Manager on any invoicing issues or problems
• Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools – notably Excel
• Working knowledge of FACTs preferred, but not required
• Billing experience is an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
