Responsible for AWS applications assigned to the team
Provides 2nd level proactive support
Actively monitors and maintains internal tickets and alerts
Analyzes and troubleshoots complex problems together with the business and other IT teams
Analyzes, resolves and documents problems and solutions
Tests, implements and provides on-going support for custom applications
Assists in resolving audit reviews and findings for existing custom applications
Development of monitoring tools and setup of metrics, alarms and notifications
Supports the development and optimization of custom applications using AWS technologies and tools
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Science / Information Technology or Computer Science in combination with minimum 3 years of relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of real-world experience with support activities
Experience in operating AWS applications (monitoring, logging)
Technically leading a team with a minimum of 1 year experience
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Cloud native developer skills (basic) of advantage
