• ApptioOne Expertise – Completion of the “Apptio Certified Practitioner: ApptioOne TBM Studio Configuration” course and/or hands‑on experience working in Apptio TBM Studio.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure – Familiarity with enterprise‑level environments, including data centers, servers, storage platforms, and mainframe technologies.
• Strong Analytical Skills – Proven ability to gather, cleanse, and interpret financial, operational, and workforce data, and to build models and reports that help Technology leaders articulate the value of IT. Success in this role requires understanding data context, assessing data quality, and identifying relationships across datasets.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to collaborate daily with technical SMEs and technology managers, building relationships that support data collection, mapping, validation, and reporting.
• Clear and Confident Communication in English – Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and technical outputs back into business language, ensuring clarity for diverse stakeholders.
