Responsibilities:- Ownership of end-to-end aspects of Machine Learning projects, such as feature engineering, within a project context. Commercial:- Present technical results to business and technical stakeholders effectively. General Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in financial services or payments.- Hands on experience in technology of AI/ML.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree with 9+ years of experience, or Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) with 7+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.- Strong background in Consulting or Product Management for Advanced Analytics products in Financial Services (min. 6+ years).- Experience in Financial Crime and/or Payments.- Proven success in fast-paced, agile environments.- Extensive experience in product design with complex modeling techniques (AI/ML).- Ability to lead remote data science teams.- Passion for innovation and delivering differentiated products.- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and drive change.- Capability to lead executive messaging.What Do We Offer:- Hybrid work (Warsaw)- International work environment- Great company atmosphere and culture- Growth & work life balance oriented processes- Medical card, prepaid bonus card- Flexible working hours
