On this position you will have the responsibility to deliver technical support of mainframe systems and software. We are looking for an experienced zOS System Programmer.
responsibilities :
Software lifecycle management: installation, upgrade, maintenance and replacement of software.
Exploring new product features which can benefit the customer as well as Atos.
Third line support in case of software errors.
Assist customers in using the software products.
Incident, change and problem handling.
Configuration and customization, setup of parameters.
Setup of customer dependent parts (e.g. user administration, product calendar, authorization matrix).
Communication with customers and vendors.

In depth knowledge and understanding of z/OS and related product software z/OS.
