zOS System Programmer

Expected

On this position you will have the responsibility to deliver technical support of mainframe systems and software. We are looking for an experienced zOS System Programmer.

• Software lifecycle management: installation, upgrade, maintenance and replacement of software.
• Exploring new product features which can benefit the customer as well as Atos.
• Third line support in case of software errors.
• Assist customers in using the software products.
• Incident, change and problem handling.
• Configuration and customization, setup of parameters.
• Setup of customer dependent parts (e.g. user administration, product calendar, authorization matrix).
• Communication with customers and vendors.
